Jr. High Ministry

Anderson Church of Christ Junior High Youth Group meets on Sunday at 9:00 am and Wednesday at 7:00 pm.

Our group studies a different topic about God and Jesus every four weeks.

Sunday Topic:

2 Corinthians

*Grace & peace; God’s comfort in times of trouble; Being strong in Christ; Forgiveness; and the New Covenant..

God’s power in difficult times; being friends with God; Jesus’ love; new creations in Christ; living like Jesus; joy.

*Generosity; living differently than everyone else.

*Encouragement; being faithful in suffering; representing Jesus; God’s power; weakness is true strength.

Wednesday Topic:

Final Words

*We get to choose whether we speak blessings or curses.

*God’s strength helps us overcome our desire to give up when we make mistakes.

*Our worship can carry us through difficult circumstances.

*Jesus’ death on the cross paid for our sins once and for all.
